Can't see text while typing because text box is too small with keyboard on screen and unnecessary information above. Can't tag in posts now. @ shows nothing. Also can't see a full post in business suite. There's no way to access "more" without editing the post and that isn't allowing you to scroll. Still can't pick categories for or edit events or add other page as co-host, only individuals. At least scheduling works...sometimes, if you are lucky & it doesn't just lose post or glitch your draft. - Meta Business Suite 2★
Not a fan of this app at all... editing the text on a post that is long enough to require scrolling is ridiculous, because the text will jump while you're trying to select the spot to edit. If I accidentally tap on the photo I added, I need to unselect, hit done, then go back and select it, otherwise the posts will never post and just hang there. If I don't accidentally tap the photo, it posts fine. I've had to resort to avoiding adding photos until the end before posting. - Meta Business Suite 2★
This app manages Facebook and Instagram in one place. While it can do that, the app seems so poorly designed that oftentimes it takes longer. 2/5 stars Main issue is posting frequently get stuck, lost in limbo, sometimes posting twice, or it fails. If it fails, it's gone. If you save a draft, it can fail and it's gone. Secondly, making posts is tedious and generic, tagging takes forever and doesn't have a search history making the process terrible to repeat, which you will, over and over. - Meta Business Suite 2★
I've never had a problem With this app before, but within the last 2 weeks it has not been notifying me of messages, leaving my clients to not be responded to for days, unless I remember within my busy schedule to go and just happened to check on my messages. This is very inconvenient and not practical. Also, when I go to my page manager, the message section is glitching. It says I have unread messages, but I can't see or get to them. The app gets "stuck" hours behind a lot with the most recent updates. This really becomes an issue if you are trying to post live at events. There is also no way to force-cancel a post if it gets caught in upload limbo. I have a post that says it went up an hour ago, but you can't see it. It's pointless and it's so hard to navigate sometimes. I also don't understand why you can't post to your stories or whatever Facebook calls it. It's even hard to find online from desktop. Notifications are bad it doesn't refresh very well so you think you have notifications when you don't or vice versa. I'm over I'm. I absolutely hate this app and have since the start. Limited application for pages, crashes more than half the time, some pages show up, some don't and currently I'm getting an error that the app doesn't have permission to connect. I had to uninstall as it showed my pages but crashed upon opening. Now I can't even get in. The fact that this app was made by Facebook, or they bought the tool and put their name on it, is despicable. It's getting to the point now that it seems they hate business pages, although we're the one's spending time, energy and money on the app. - Meta Business Suite 2★
I like being able to schedule posts, but this app takes forever to show comments and messages. I'll see a notification of a message but the message won't appear for a long while, sometimes days. Same with comments. It's frustrating and puts relationships with customers at risk. I actually engage less with my page now because of this app, and I definitely don't want to try any of the other features. App is watered down, even less helpful than the full version but it does have a shortcut to open the full browser version... on your computer! For how much effort they've clearly put into the full version, it does very little that I need, like computed totals and other automation that's free on other solutions like AppSheets, unless I want to pay $200/mo and still deal with clunky, frustrating automation. Don't bother with the app if you want to keep using it free. I wasn't 2 clicks into it when I was required to 'sign up' for the paid version. I liked the website and used it often. Not anymore. They can go... You know where. I found a better app anyway. I pay for apps all the time. Not nearly as good as the full browser version for searching and sorting leads or deals. Not usable for someone looking to make follow-up calls. Good enough for referencing your database in a pinch. Bitrix24 it's a very good platform, we use it mainly for project management and work chat But the app is very bad, very slow, why your chat doesn't work just like Whatsapp or messenger, it takes a lot for loading, you think that it is already loaded and you start typing and when it actually finishes loading, you lose the 4 or 6 characters that you started typing, that is pretty annoying Looking for task in the app us extremely slow also, please do something, at least with the chat - Bitrix24 CRM And Projects 2★
Still buggy, they're working on it though. Very marginally useful, hopefully one day will be a good app. Also they're Russians and all support is done between 1am-4am EST which is awful. Like their response to this review... in the middle of the night. Imagine having a support chat conversation where you have to wait 24hrs for every response... and sometimes in Russian! Just copy few features of WhatsApp like sharing voice messages, also we should get the notifications even if user is not opening the app. We r expecting zoom meeting or zoom webinar functionality. If it's not possible then at least help us with API integration with these apps. Like zoom, WhatsApp.
