I recently downloaded the app and did an online appt. The service offered is fantastic. I was very happy. The app however sucks, I couldn't get the sound on while in an appt which was annoying. Was unable to purchase my prescriptions through the app had to go on my computer. The app is really buggy and left me frustrated during my appointment. Just easier to not use the app at all. Couldn't even switch to a different card to get my dogs meds. Kept telling me it couldn't add it. - Vetster - Online Vet 24/7 2★

Loved the vet we saw however my pet needed an antibiotic for a URI. Since I saw the vet on a Friday night, the medication wouldn't ship until today. I asked the vet if I could get the antibiotic locally and he stated no. Since this is an antibiotic and I need it as fast as possible, I had to pay 12.99 for 2 day shipping to get it on Tuesday. This is just crazy to me. 4 days to get an antibiotic, and 12.99 for 2 day shipping. So expensive, and I have to wait 4 days while my cat is sick. - Vetster - Online Vet 24/7 2★
