This is actually a really great app (used in trial) and is ideal for tracking receipts and expenses and is really well laid out BUT it is too expensive for a small business, requiring minimum of 10 users to maintain an account; they simply price you out of the market if you have less than 10 employees priced at cost per user. Such a shame and incredibly short sighted. I asked for support in seeking a turnaround on this roadblock but the replies were entirely clueless. - Zoho Expense - Expense Reports 2★
A very good app for expenses. However it is disappointing that the trips module where you can request pre-approval for a Business trip does not include any value at all. You merely list the flights and the hotels with the date and you cannot enter the associated cost for each item, so there is also no reflection of the total cost of the trip. All companies requesting pre approval want to see some costing, I guess, so we have unfortunately to continue using excel for this. - Zoho Expense - Expense Reports 2★
A pretty glitchy experience, where the app will warn you for not having a description even though there is one basically every single time I scan a receipt. Also, would it be possible to add a prompt before submitting a report? Pretty stupid that I can accidentally click on the button next to my app switcher and send an email to my boss twice, once to submit and once to recall. Why does it warn me when I didn't leave a description even though I did, but doesn't confirm when I finalize? - Zoho Expense - Expense Reports 2★
Download your app.👎 Disappointing that it doesn't work in my region.. 🤔 Australia is a big country with a high rate of business large and small. I find the other products Zoho has and would have like this one, I'm sure... not to be at this time I guess. Elements that are changed, don't seem to update e.g. if you change a category, the old category still shows as being assigned. If you add a new category, it doesn't show up. After several more minutes, it might show up eventually? - Zoho Expense - Expense Reports 2★

Original Expensify was awesome. The "new" Expensify is a confounding mess of garbage. At this point it has just stopped working on both the desktop and the app. can't get any assistance because the AI Concierge is useless and is not even responding to queries. No way that I can tell to contact a human. The "Send Message" option on their help page is a broken link. This is unacceptable for a service I depend on for work. The computer platform is great, the app is not. I'd say over the past year there's about a 20% chance the app actually uploads the receipts I manually take pictures of. Other 80% of the time I log back into the platform a couple weeks later to submit the report and... surprise! No receipt! Does a great job of capturing the receipt and creating a report - so it gets a couple stars. OCR works decently (only a few errors on the 10 receipts that I uploaded). It will not, however, put the report in the same order as your receipt images - there's no automated way to have your list match your images. So what you end up with is a list of expenses and all of your receipt images and you have to manually sort them. Verified this through their online support. From their support: "It is not random, but the order cannot be changed. " If you want to spend time after you create your expense report putting the report in the same order as your receipt images, then this is the software for you. Just let me enter the Merchant and Amount when taking a picture of my receipt. I wouldnt be negative about the update if I did not have to take picture, find expense, click expense, then enter merchant and total. it's a pain to do this. I do not trust the OCR and would rather manually enter it so I have no issues at month end. But alas, expensify hates their customers. - Expensify - Travel & Expense 2★
Privacy isnt a high priority,basic features missing from front end. If u sync up your credit card, watch out-it will suck in every transaction for every card on ur account. U have no chance to filter the import. Also, they seem to concentrate more on back end then they do on providing an awesome user experience. ie. U can't search on description field. U can't Mark individual expenses as reviewed. The smartscan feature is GREAT! Tho beware- it makes mistakes reading totals and currencies. - Expensify - Travel & Expense 2★
I used to love this app. Expensify is invaluable to my business, but I just switched to a pixel 8a and now the buttons to add expenses, save entries and main menu all appear at the top of the screen BEHIND my phone's static display of time, network signal and battery life. So I can't actually select any of these essential functions and I have to use the web version. Still a big fan of the service and how I used to be able to interact with the app, but I can't use it in it's current form. Bummer - Expensify - Travel & Expense 2★
ive been using Expensify for years. last week they completely redid the software, and it is awful now. I used to do my expense report weekly in under a minute, today, I just spent 30 minutes looking for a lost receipt that I already scanned. im looking for a new expense app. very disappointed in this change. no longer user friendly - Expensify - Travel & Expense 2★
Expensify is one of the most frustrating pieces of software I interact with on a regular basis. It automatically assigns attributes to my expenses that I never assigned. It also takes a lot of clicks to do what you need to do. I find Brex to be more intuitive and less buggy, but it doesn't have all the features my company needs. - Expense Manager 2★

Most of the options are good BUT I wish there was an option to group custom duration (from certain date to a particular date) alongside weekly, monthly and yearly. Update: I can't restore my previously backed up data from GDrive. I get a: "Expense Manager requires one or more Google Play services that are not currently available. Please contact the developer for assistance." --- I helps me alot to track my spendings showing a nice graphic and also is very easy to use. I would only add multi currency spendings. Like when you travel and you use many currencies. Also to complete that it would be helpful to have a currency converter to have the spending saved with your local currency as with the one you used. I loved this app until they updated. you use to be able to pull up a list of all you transactions for each account with the tap of a key now you have to go through several screens to get any information at all. it shows all your account information right up front which is good. but it did that before the update. well probably uninstall. - Expense Manager 2★
Have been using this App for years. Only issue is the Receipts don't get to migrate when I change new device. Previously, I was still able to locate a folder of all the receipts. I've been using this app for a few years and several times over the past four months, it loses data, or it adds expenses. I've had to reinstall it twice. Once it doubled all my entries so the tracking was completely messed up and not fixable. I really liked this app, but the random things its been doing over the past few months have rendered it totally useless. Tech support was completely unhelpful. They responded once with a common sense "solution" and wouldn't respond any more. I realize that common sense is not a flower that grows in everyone's garden, however I had already tried the common sense "thing" and it didn't help. Pffffft. Would not recommend.
