complicated - HelpDesk Host 2★
This was a strange experience ~ The guy got me to download the helpdesk app and took control of my phone ! When I realized what he did I told him goodbye and uninstalled the app and changed my passwords ~ The whole experience with this guy was very creepy ~ I have a problem with Zelle and I still do but he just didn't sound like he was going to help me but he wanted to get my personal information ~ I hope I got out in time ! - HelpDesk Host 2★
I just didn't get a good feeling from these people being very pushy demanding that payi them a hundred and forty nine dollars right to away to fix my problem. - HelpDesk Host 2★
won't show all screen - HelpDesk Host 2★
Infected or hacked or very popular since post - HelpDesk Host 2★
It doesn't work on my Chromenotebook - HelpDesk Host 2★
People do this app to make her Looting and scam - HelpDesk Host 2★
I couldn't get any help from home - HelpDesk Host 2★
have a hard time understanding the person that I was trying to talk too. - ServiceDesk Plus | Cloud 2★
I *almost never* get notified about tickets being created or updated or assigned within my environment. Occasionally for some unknown reason I will get a few push notifications, but the majority of the time I do not. This makes the app basically useless for me if I can’t rely on it to send me notifications. How do I get notifications to actually work? It has all the requested permissions granted. Edit: Why are push notifications defined on the server level for everyone and not by the app user individually? - ServiceDesk Plus | Cloud 2★
Still needs lots of tweaks. Everytime i open a Request in the app it is in the bottom of the request and on Requests with lots of conversations scrolling is a pain to get to the top of the Request to see a message from the customer. - ServiceDesk Plus | Cloud 2★
Needs performance improvement! UI seems good but without speed, not worth using the app. Browser is faster. - ServiceDesk Plus | Cloud 2★
I can't approve the request apart from that app works fine. But most of the time I need to approve the tickets. For that I have login in the website - ServiceDesk Plus | Cloud 2★
Can't even see the correct Request Filter... Why can't we create our own like we do on desktop... Also you can't even unassign a ticket... Very limited functionality.. - ServiceDesk Plus | Cloud 2★
the app doesn't show enough detail on the main request screen and replying to tickets doesn't work well at all. - ServiceDesk Plus | Cloud 2★
There's no space to type a reply email to the ticket requestor. Ridiculous. - ServiceDesk Plus | Cloud 2★
Auto popup doesn't function properly - Spiceworks Help Desk 2★
This app has a TON OF FLAWS. I constantly get logged out randomly. I literally can't sense a schedule or some kind of action that causes this to happen. I'm assuming they fixed the keyboard in front of the response box issue because I don't recall the last time I had to deal with it, BUT there is still the issue of ticket views not loading. There isn't enough space to describe all the issues, but it also extends to their website. - Spiceworks Help Desk 2★
The input box for responses stays at the bottom of the screen, behind the keyboard. Not 100% of the time but the vast majority of the time. So I can't see what I'm typing unless I change to a floating keyboard. Otherwise its doing the job I expect from it. - Spiceworks Help Desk 2★
Ad placement stinks. The gui has issues. I like the old app better. Can I remove the ads? Or move them to a spot I dont accidentally click on trying to close the ticket - Spiceworks Help Desk 2★
Sign in with Google option is not available on the app but is available on the website. Edit: notifications are sent twice for 1 ticket. - Spiceworks Help Desk 2★
Unable to use properly due to mobile keyboard covering the message box when typing. Please fix!!! Always have to switch to web version because of this. - Spiceworks Help Desk 2★
Cannot see text while typing in form! Keypad covers data entry field! Makes app useless for responding! - Spiceworks Help Desk 2★
Has potential but lacks basic functionality to make it great. Also Notifications not working for me. - Spiceworks Help Desk 2★
Fair.. the keyboard when replaying to tickets hides / overlaps the response box so it's not possible to see what is being typed out.
