I have not been able to book the yes madam service in Bangalore since last few weeks. It is continuously showing me message "We are fully booked for the next 7 days. Please check back later." And it doesn't get enabled for booking because I have checked at multiple days at different time slots and it always shows this message only. This review is for your application, The mandatory 1-hour servicing should not be there. If I don’t have services that take one hour, why should I book for that long? At least a 30-minute option should be available. Otherwise, I would prefer going to a salon instead of waiting just to complete a 1-hour service. Secondly, there should be an option to add or remove the ₹60 disposal charge at the time of booking as we have our old one to use mostly. - YesMadam Salon & Spa at Home 2★

Okay, I never give reviews to this app, but I have to give one to this. I had a service, and the service was not good. I went and tried giving less than five stars to the professional, but when I submitted the review after writing it down, it showed a 5-star review. professionals are not that expert . .Today I booked signature YM massage . the professional lacked in skills , used too much oil which was uncomfortable. once I booked body polishing where free goodies were missing from the Body polishing kit. The professional didn't follow the steps properly. was talking over phone on a personal matter . Two times my experiences were not as expected. service is very good and I could use it only once.. I have to always book a week before and if its urgent, no slot is available in R R nagar. Service is better than urban company but problem is slot. The lady was rubbing my face as if it was some utensil, on my repeated requests to slow down the speed, she didn't and continued with her express speed. The waxing experience was good but facial experience was pathetic - she didn't know about points and strokes. The back massage was painful and also her hands were rough, while massaging my face I was all the time in discomfort.Also I added bleach service which turned out to be a waste. Sadly I must change my original rating of 5 stars. The most recent update is interfering with my client base. I've emailed and received no response. Appt reminders are no longer automatic and even when sent manually some clients still aren't receiving it and are no-showing. I'm very unhappy with the lack of response from support. Why do I pay for this? I will return my stellar review once the changes have been made and someone has followed up with me. This app is quickly becoming not worth it - TapStyle for hair salon 2★
We have 200 services listed in this app but when I go for booking
appointment, I don't have an option to search a service by typing it. I
have to scroll school and scroll. Many more features are missing. If the
company calls me then I can share 50 more features this app can include.

I just updated to the latest TapStyle version (3.1.2), and now I can't perform a checkout for any saved appointment! The only actions available from the Booking/Appointment for a client's service menus are Cancel, Delete, Save, and Service Record. Please fix ASAP! - TapStyle for hair salon 2★
Great concept but 1-Cannot sync with Google calendar. Was working and now is not. 2-Customer service takes a while and when you do speak to them thru Facebook messenger, its hard to understand, the instructions are vague and not precise. A lot of pronouns are used so not sure what is being said. also instead of saying "device" they say "for example, tablet....when it could mean any device.... 3-Cannot sync with PC as stated in the ad. If so, I cannot find out how. 4-I am not receiving sms reminders to my phone. When I do the test, it works but when I set an actual appointment, it does not. I hope they can correct this soon, other wise, its not worth my $15 ( not $14 as stated) for the extra features that do not work. Too bad..... - TapStyle for hair salon 2★
