I was really liking this app, it even has a late payment reminder you can send, but the last two days it stopped sending a duplicate invoice to my email, now I have no idea if invoices are being sent or not, in fact one customer said they never received their invoice & Zoho sends me the duplicate invoice a day later, this happened for TWO invoices & is not cool at all. Georgia Pro Installers LLC has been using this app for a couple years now . Only thing is you can't delete clients that you no longer deal with work with and replace with new clients and information. Square is ready to take your money but slow to give it back unless you're ready to pay an added fee. Square makes money on your money every minute they hold it and will hold it . If you use manual credit card entry they're going to charge you + 3.9% plus another percentage to have immediate access to your money. I think there are a lot of pretty frustrating limitations as far as this app and Appointments go... if someone books an appointment using their card to reserve, you cannot later use that card on file to charge for recurring payments. Also, you can't set several appointments to appear on one invoice and you have to use duplicate items to charge through invoice for monthly payments, so reporting gets all messed up... not ideal... hope they add some functionality here. - Square Invoices: Invoice Maker 2★
Square is a great app but I found a huge glitch in the app. Majority of the time when I try to create a new customer profile, nothing shows up. I am not able to create a new customer profile at all. All the app shows is import from contacts but even that doesn't let me import a new customer from my contacts. I'm not really sure how this is an improvement over the regular Square app. I still have no ability to choose what taxes are applied to an invoice. I ship across Canada and the invoicing on either app is more than a pain in the *ss. I always have to go to a computer to be able to complete my invoicing in a reasonable amount of time. *** Comment to your comment *** I will invoice the same item to a different province many times a day. I have to always go back to the item - change the tax that is applied to it - create my invoice - return to the item to change the tax for another province - go back to do an invoice, etc. It is a PAIN! Also - why can I not see my customers address on the invoice? I have seen this asked for many many times by others. I always have to go to a customer file, see where they live for tax purposes, go to the items they buy - chance the applicable taxes for those items, go to the invoices to make their invoice, and repeat this whole process for EVERY SINGLE INVOICE...... Your low fees are starting to not be worth it as my business grows. My time is becoming worth more than this hassle. The invoice app was, fantastic. Until Square automatically used someone else's card number to pay me, cause the cardholder to dispute the charge. No big deal, talked with the person who was supposed to pay me and was able to push payment through. Thats not supposed to work like that, my favorite feature is the "Instant Transfer" when you hit the button, youve got an 80% chance Square, wont let you instant transfer. Instead, the screen changes and tells you your account is under review. Ironic...
