Decent app but it asks for receipts several days to even a week later. People don't hold all their receipts that long. It used to pop them up with in 24hrs now it's taking longer and longer and longer. My most recent ones it's asking for are from a trip that I took 6days before. I can't remember if I bought stuff sometimes or if I was actually at that store or if I still have the receipt. Also it almost never asks me questions anymore which is weird. I used to receive rewards all the time but for the past couple of years now they've stopped with surveys and the only rewards I get are for receipt submissions which are so minimal that it takes a year to even reach $1 in rewards, I used to rack up $30/$40/$50 in a year. it's come to the point that it feels like an app that's just taking up gigabyte space in my phone now - Google Opinion Rewards 2★
It was great, until it wasn't. I was very pleased earning that little bit extra cash until it just stopped working. I have spent too much time trying to fix it, only to still not have a survey in 2 straight years. It said something about a setting not being right, and yet I checked it and it still did nothing. None of the locations that surveys ask me to choose from match places that I've actually visited. I eventually figured out that one of the options will usually be somewhere in the vicinity of a place I've actually visited, but it's extremely annoying to have to go into Google Maps every time to figure that out. But, somehow, the app always seems to have the correct locations when it asks me to complete receipt tasks. - Google Opinion Rewards 2★
You get more reward for completing more survey, but a lot of the time it will only offer businesses next to the one I went to. So I can either lie to get more money reward, or select none of the above and get less. I should be able to type and search for the business I visited if it's not one of the options. if your location services are turned on, the app is obnoxious and intrusive, serving up surveys for places where you stopped outside to spin a pokestop or wait at a stop sign while driving. if they're off, you won't ever get a survey again. the irritation wasn't worth 15-30 cents a week. the design of the app is nicely minimal and easy to use, though. - Google Opinion Rewards 2★
This app used to be good to do a few questionnaires and be able to pay the couple dollars per month for Google One, but my balance keeps clearing for some reason and no one has gotten back to me. At one point I had over $22 and it just disappeared one day even though it wasn't set to expire for over a year. I had $5.75 worth of Google Play credit, but it was being disposed of to an extra payment profile that I never Created. So now I'm starting over. So yeah, two stars. I'm confused why it would pick an extra payment profile that's a separate payment profile & also when my main payment profile is older. Why not just use my oldest profile? It is a simple and easy-to-use form building app but the form I created for the collection of information was cancelled and rendered invalidated with reason being that I used some words that are not allowed. If you add a option for explanation for each quize as like as physics/mathematical problems. Also add superscript, subscript and fractin option. Also print the right answer when result printed with portrait (A4 paper). Well, I was able to earn the required $5 to cash out but then had issues with verifying my phone. I was told I had to re-verify, which required waiting multiple hours for some reason. I'm now being blocked because I need to "Opt into Ads Personalization". I'm opted into personalized ads on all of my Google accounts (I double checked) however, the error won't go away. There is no option for personalized ads on the app so I'm assuming they mean on google, though they conveniently don't specify. - Survey Spin: Get paid cash! 2★
I thought this app was great until it came time to cash out. I had some trouble with the identity verification and then upon verifying my phone number and thinking I was finally able to cash out.... Nope! I have to 'reverify' my mobile number.... and I have to wait hours to do so!! I like this app sometimes.... it is hard to complete surveys without getting disqualified and then not getting paid. You can actually cash out and get paid but it takes a while to get the $5 minimum to cash out. The paid games dont work most of the time, I have completed several and never got paid for them. The first cash out was easy but it just went downhill from there. It dont pay much anymore at all even when I complete everything I'm supposed to. I enjoyed survey spin until today. the surveys were fun and I always reached the $5.00 goal very quickly. then today I went to cash out and instead of sending it to my PayPal, they send me a virtual visa. I don't suggest this app at all. While a few people may have not had an issue with it, I on the other hand have been waiting 2 weeks for payouts that don't seem to be coming. It's a waste of time. Contacting support is also a waste of time as no matter what you send to their email, you get the same bot response back. I feel like that response was basically just their way of telling me they dont care anout my problem here. The only people who qualify for the bigger surveys are those who make over $22,000 a year if you make less you're automatically declined, also you can spend 12 minutes on a 14 minute survey only to be declined at the very end. I've only had a few surveys allow me to finish an payout. Most are 1 to 2 cents, for daily or because they claim its closed. The game offers have all been ridiculous. I downloaded at least 5 plus games, none of which allowed me to even advance enough to get the payout above cents. I might have gotten a dollar for doing over a hundred levels. I'd give it one star but those are too easy to get removed. every time I get to about 50% to 80% through a higher paying survey, the app closes the survey and kicks me out then only pays 2 cents. so these companies get most of the info that they need but close the survey so they don't have to pay the promised amount. waste of time. minimum capt is $5 and with this pattern you never get there. - SurveyMonkey 2★
You can NOT receive responses from more than 10 people and no more than 10 questions in the free mode so I had to sign up to see the rest of the results. Finding how to cancel the auto renew cost me another monthly fee. I won't use again for my nonprofit or personally unless I follow the free guidelines, now that I learned the hard way by not reading the fine print. This app both sucks and is great at the same time. It is easy to make a survey and easy to share the link. But the thing that sucks the most is that you have to pay a subscription to see more than 10 of the surveys answers and the price for the subscriptions are just rediculously overpriced. Im serious, its just me looking at this and the basic price is 99 a month and the cheapest one is 23 a moth but you can only pay for this one a year which is around 300 and im only using this urvey app once. - SurveyMonkey 2★
This app is not crystal clear on what you truly get free of charge BEFORE you join. Then after joining the features you need basically force you to upgrade at whopping prices to be paid for a year. Warning: the free basic account is limited to 10 responses. It's described in the fine print, but not obvious when you create your new account. To retrieve responses beyond those 10 is expensive. If you're willing to pay, it's a good survey system. Customer service is good. - SurveyMonkey 2★
Look, it's simple and all but I don't think its fair to only allow 10 responses unless upgraded. I have to get people to complete a survey for a project but I need responses of more than 50 people, I can only view 10 which is ridiculous by the way. I was using a different survey maker before someone recommended this, at first I was relieved but now, I'm just frustrated.
