I love the ability to organize and store data. My only complaint is when I search for an item, it just shows me which folder or card it is in. then I still have to spend 10 minutes reading through the card to find the item. Fix it so a search takes me directly to the item and you'll get 5 stars and a paid subscription from me. I generally really like the app but I've recently lost notes I had added in many cards and the Labels don't work. I can see the ones I already applied to cards. Recent update broke image attachments. I keep various data images in cards. I need to be able to see the title of the images on my mobile device. You can no longer do this. The thumbnails are absolutely unhelpful. I used to be able to flip left and right to go to the previous and next image. This also seems to be broken. I have to use my laptop to use Trello now. Mobile App and Desktop app not syncing deleted cards. Was working fine before latest version. 2 stars because the desktop version does still work fine, but since about 3 weeks ago the android version is CONSTANTLY crashing. I can only use it about 10% of the time. About twice a day I have to put the app to deep sleep just so I can use it a few times in a day. Doesn't matter if on cell or wifi, it is a daily issue. Man, I'm not sure what the update was. I was hoping to get a completely revamped interface. For example....Still opens immediately to inbox. Is would like the option to have it default to one of my selected boards. So, instead, I need to navigate through to where I need to be. Also, probably the biggest thing on my wishlist was for drag-n-drop. I've always liked the Monday interface and it works well on desktop but on mobile there's some major issues and flaws. Often status labels will be incorrect or mislabeled and columns and items are often missing and not up-to-date despite best efforts on mobile. But equally unfortunate is that once you have the mobile app and you need to ask some other items you can't even go to your browser anymore because there's no way not to open the app unless you uninstall it. - monday.com - AI Work Platform 2★

It's more of a display app for stuff youve already set up on the desktop. If you search the guide for help, they show you how to do things on the desktop and not this app. For example, I cannot delete or edit columns. This app did not work very well! Although it was quite a nice design and it did not throw subscriptions at you, it does not have features that it claims it has. I deleted a day after installing. Then it began a free trial AFTER I had deleted it. Luckily I cancelled it on the last day. Connects super slow using mobile data, but its fast once it does connect. However, once you close the app you have to wait to connect again. It's a pain. It's great for wifi use but terrible for mobile data. I have used this app on 5 different types of phones the problem is with the app not catching up with the new devices. i experience many bugs. haven't been able to open in two weeks. when I close a task that has a flow attached to it it's 50/50 if my flow kicks off. always need to go back to desktop to confirm. ability to look up specific tasks or click on task that pops up to view the project is limited. - Zoho Projects 2★
I've been trying out various projects managers to choose one for our company so I downloaded the apps for my top 2 to try them as well. This one's so useless I'm almost ready to sign up with the other company. I mean, if nothing else, make your app logo match the actual product logo. You're just making it unnecessarily difficult for someone trying to find something in a hurry. I know it's a small thing but that's the point. Program Layout is Perfect! But....I've instantly noticed that when I created multiple projects and then tasks for each, that as soon as I refresh the page or go to any other screen, the secondary data input, does not show up. Even after closing the app and reopening it, the secondary information is missing all together. I also can't open the settings. The menu disappears every time. There is no option to add times or work hours in the mobile version as per the web version. We track all times for all tasks so we add the work hours to make use the resource utilization features that are present in the web version. So now if we create a task via the app we have to go into the web version, find the task and then add the work hours making the mobile app completely pointless for us or anyone using the work hours feature. Hey, Since new update Load time has increased for pages like Feeds, Notification (when refreshed). Sometimes it doesn't even load. Notification don't lead you to respective bug/task/update. This app does not reflect Zoho project's true potential. Mobile interface not visually consistent with the desktop one, seems like an extension to Gmail, which is disorientating / not really visually stimulating. 5* for the desktop interface, 2* for the mobile app. Really looking to roll it out for the rest of my team but, not sure that i will do so w/ current app display. the app that I wish I liked, but I consistantly find myself calling it stupid. I have a hard time finding my projects on the app. if i search for a project, it just searches my device and then doesn't find the project. tasks dont seem to update. I love to use Asana. It is a lifeline for our very small business. However, this mobile app can be far more disappointing and frustrating than useful. It is especially frustrating because you cannot use the web app on a mobile device, but using mobile app almost always creates more work. Biggest downfalls are 1. You cannot duplicate a task which is basically the only way we use the program. 2. It seemed ok, a little learning curve. It's definitely what I call groupware, so you have an extra layer which adds complexity when using as a personal tool. It also required me to log into app vida desktop to use features, more complexity. I was an IT manager for many years and know the company that purchased them, we used them. The app is actually quite good .... the customer service leaves a LOT to be desired!! They billed my card 4 times ($150 per time) when it was supposed to have been switched temporarily to a free acct. I was talked into this vs canceling. Well now it IS canceled! I will fight for my $600 back. They charged my card without authorization. Their service dept was useless. They caused me more hours of work and still did not refund....... Don't try to get support. I initially submitted a ticket 6 months ago and took 2 months for the first reply, my issue was never resolved and i learned they lied to me. Opened another ticket for a different issue, got a "how was our support" survey when I didnt even get a reply. Tried following up 2-3 times on each. They keep blaming it on a new ticketing system but they get some emails and not all? It's a joke. I've cancelled our premium teams subscription and moving to a competitor. - Asana: Work Management 2★
good but has issues... I like Asana and it's features are helpful with project management, but where it lacks is parity with the desktop app and pricing options for sole proprietors. One glaring issue is that you can't see subtasks on the mobile version in the main task area. only if you go to the bulletin, which isn't very intuitive, nor helpful when you're trying to view all your tasks. And the paid plans require at least 2 members or "seats" on your account. This seems like an oversight - Asana: Work Management 2★
sometimes, the red +button to create a new task is non-responsive, rendering this app useless. The current version has this bug. I have no idea why this hasn't been permanently zapped. Help!
